Seaboard Marine wishes to advise our valued customers of an increase on local drayage for Philadelphia, New Orleans, and Savannah, and Houston, effective September 12, 2021. These increases applicable to all tariff and service contract rates are as follows:
Philadelphia Local Drayage:
The following charges will apply on drayage between the carrier’s terminal facility and the surrounding Philadelphia, PA area, limited to points in Pennsylvania only:
Applicable to imports and exports via Penn Terminals (Philadelphia)
1. 0 to 30 miles each way (60 miles round trip) $530.00
2. 31 to 50 miles each way (100 miles round trip) $700.00
3. 51 to 100 miles each way (200 miles round trip) $880.00
New Orleans Local Drayage:
The following charges will apply on drayage between the carrier’s terminal facility and the surrounding
- Up to 30 miles (15 miles each way) from carriers’ terminal -$380.00 round trip inclusive of the United States domestic fuel surcharge and the inland recovery charge or line-haul surcharge.
2. From 31 to 60 (up to 30 miles each way) miles from carriers’ terminal – $480 round trip inclusive of the United States domestic fuel surcharge and the inland recovery charge or line-haul surcharge.
3. From 61 to 160 (up to 80 miles each way) from carriers’ terminal -$680.00 round trip inclusive of the United States domestic fuel surcharge and the inland recovery charge or line-haul surcharge. - Up to 30 miles (15 miles each way) from carriers’ terminal -$380.00 round trip inclusive of the United States domestic fuel surcharge and the inland recovery charge or line-haul surcharge.
2. From 31 to 60 (up to 30 miles each way) miles from carriers’ terminal – $480 round trip inclusive of the United States domestic fuel surcharge and the inland recovery charge or line-haul surcharge.
3. From 61 to 160 (up to 80 miles each way) from carriers’ terminal -$680.00 round trip inclusive of the United States domestic fuel surcharge and the inland recovery charge or line-haul surcharge.
Savannah Local Drayage:
Savannah, Ga Via Georgia Points:
0 to 20 miles (up to 40 miles round-trip- $550.00
21 to 45 miles each way (up to 90 miles round-trip)$700.00
46 to 80 miles each way (up to 160 miles round-trip) $820.00
Savannah, GA via South Carolina points:
0 to 20 miles (up to 40 miles round-trip- $670.00
21 to 45 miles each way (up to 90 miles round-trip) $820.00
46 to 80 miles each way (up to 160 miles round-trip) $945.00
Houston Local Drayage:
The following charges will apply on drayage between the carrier’s terminal facility and the surrounding
Houston, Tx Area:
1. Up to 70 miles (35 miles each way) from carriers’ terminal -$450.00 round trip inclusive of the United States domestic fuel surcharge and the inland recovery charge or line-haul surcharge.
2. From 71 to 100 (up to 50 miles each way) miles from carriers’ terminal – $600.00 round trip inclusive of the United States domestic fuel surcharge and the inland recovery charge or line-haul surcharge.
3. From 101 to 200 (up to 100 miles each way) from carriers’ terminal -$800.00 round trip inclusive of the United States domestic fuel surcharge and the inland recovery charge or line-haul surcharge.
4. From 201 to 300 (up to 150 miles each way) from carriers’ terminal -$900.00 round trip inclusive of the United States domestic fuel surcharge and the inland recovery charge or line-haul surcharge.
5. From 301 to 400 (up to 200 miles each way) from carriers’ terminal -$1100.00 round trip inclusive of the United States domestic fuel surcharge and the inland recovery charge or line-haul surcharge
6. Additional stops in route – $165.00 per additional stop plus $2.75 per mile for any out-of-route miles.
Please note All Local Drayage rules are subject to a Hazardous Material Fee of $350.00 and a Refrigerated Container Surcharge of $150.00
